What it involves

Waxing is one of the most widely used and effective techniques for removing hair from the follicle, which slows regrowth. A layer of wax is applied to the skin, left for a few seconds and then pulled off in one movement, against the direction of hair growth.

There are different types of wax to suit the needs of different skin types, such as hot or cold wax.

In the salon we cleanse and degrease the area, warm the wax and spread it with a spatula in the direction of hair growth, working in small sections to control the pull better. As we remove it, we press the skin with a hand for a few seconds, a simple gesture that soothes a great deal.

We finish by removing any residue with a specific oil and applying a soothing lotion.

By pulling the hair out from the root, the follicle takes weeks to produce hair again, and it grows back finer and weaker over time. The skin is smooth from the very first moment.

Slight redness is normal and settles within a few hours; over the following days it's a good idea to exfoliate and moisturise to prevent ingrown hairs, and to avoid sun exposure straight away.

How oftenThe ideal frequency to keep hair removal looking perfect is once a month. It's best to let the hair grow a few millimetres so the wax can grip it properly.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be checked in your shopping basket during the checkout process. Delivery is carried out by SEUR. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

  • If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
  • If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.

Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.
