SHIPPING COSTS Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 24 working hours and you will receive it at the address you provide within a maximum of 48 working hours from the time the order is placed. Products whose delivery requires different timeframes will indicate this particularity in their description. Spain (Mainland) and Portugal: Free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping will cost €5.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be checked in your shopping basket during the checkout process. Delivery is carried out by SEUR. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

• If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
• If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.

Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.
