What it involves
Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of soft, light massage whose aim is to drain fluid from the body and encourage the elimination of toxins.
One of its main benefits is the reduction of fluid retention, although it can also be used for patients with tired legs or oedema, or who are receiving anti-cellulite treatments. It is ideal for pregnant women and to be used before and after surgery.
Each session lasts 70 minutes.
The lymphatic system does not have its own pump like the heart: it depends on movement, breathing and muscle contraction to work. When it becomes sluggish, swelling, heavy legs and that feeling that the body is retaining more than it eliminates all appear.
Manual lymphatic drainage works precisely there, following the natural path of the lymph with very gentle manoeuvres, of minimal pressure and steady rhythm, always in the direction of the lymph nodes.
It is important to understand that this is not a deep-pressure massage and that it does not aim to work the muscle. The pressure is light, almost like a sustained caress, and it is the rhythm that does the work. The sensation is deeply relaxing: many people fall asleep on the couch.
Afterwards, you will usually notice lighter legs, a less swollen abdomen and a general feeling of rest. It is a treatment that benefits enormously from consistency and that makes complete sense alongside hydration, movement and healthy habits.
How it works
- We open the lymph nodes (neck, armpits and groin) so that the fluid has somewhere to go.
- We drain area by area with enveloping, repetitive movements of very light pressure, always in the direction of the corresponding node.
- We focus on the areas with the most retention (usually the legs and abdomen) and close the route to consolidate the drainage.
- We finish with relaxation manoeuvres and give you guidance on hydration and movement for the hours that follow.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be checked in your shopping basket during the checkout process. Delivery is carried out by SEUR. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

- If you find a pre-printed label in the box: Use that label and take the parcel to a Correos office. They will take care of the rest of the process.
- If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
- If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.
Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.

Exchanges in 2x1 or 3x2 promotional products are only allowed if the merchandise is of the same value and available size. If the size is not available, a return will be necessary.
