What it involves
Hot stone massage is a relaxing therapy of Eastern origin that works not only on the physical plane but also on the mental one, as it helps relax muscular tension and achieve a perfect energy balance.
The volcanic stones glide over the body and are placed applying gentle pressure on the chakras, activating the vital flow and achieving complete harmony between body and mind.
Basalt stones, of volcanic origin, are used because they retain heat for a long time and release it slowly and evenly.
That sustained heat is the key to the treatment: as the local temperature rises, the muscle relaxes, the vessels dilate and more blood reaches the area, so the hands can work deeply without needing to apply intense pressure.
We alternate two ways of working: we glide the stones along the muscles, as though they were an extension of the hands, and we place them on specific points of the body, where they rest and release their heat. In between, we carry on working manually on the areas that call for it.
The sensation is of a heat that gradually makes its way inwards. It is probably the massage during which most people fall asleep, and one of those that leaves the longest-lasting relaxation afterwards.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be checked in your shopping basket during the checkout process. Delivery is carried out by SEUR. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

How should I wrap the product?

How is the shipping done?
- If you find a pre-printed label in the box: Use that label and take the parcel to a Correos office. They will take care of the rest of the process.
- If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
- If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.
Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.

Exchanges in 2x1 or 3x2 promotional products are only allowed if the merchandise is of the same value and available size. If the size is not available, a return will be necessary.
