What it involves
The Oasis of Serenity facial and body beauty treatment combines anti-stress methods with the nourishment and hydration of the skin, balancing at the same time our inner peace and the appearance we show on the outside.
In this way, the client finishes the session with a feeling of peace and deep relaxation that gives them greater vitality and rejuvenation.
An anti-stress body treatment is applied, including Dead Sea salts and muds and essential oils. It is especially designed to switch off from the daily routine and from the frantic pace in which society is immersed today.
In this way, the client recovers their inner harmony and reconnects with an attitude of self-respect. The deep relaxation achieved covers not only the body, but also the mind and the emotions.
Dead Sea muds and salts are a classic of cosmetics thanks to their very high concentration of minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium).
On the skin they act by remineralising, helping to remove impurities and improving the texture; and the wrap, with its enveloping warmth, helps all of that goodness penetrate while the body relaxes completely.
It is a long, unhurried treatment in which the skin is left nourished and hydrated and the mind, quite simply, switches off. The kind we recommend when you have been going flat out for far too long.

SHIPPING COSTS Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 24 working hours and you will receive it at the address you provide within a maximum of 48 working hours from the time the order is placed. Products whose delivery requires different timeframes will indicate this particularity in their description. Shipping costs are as follows, and you will also see them itemised during the checkout process depending on the delivery address.
Spain (Mainland) and Portugal: Free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping will cost €5.
Balearic Islands: €6.50
Canary Islands: €10
Ceuta and Melilla: €19.00 You also have the option to collect your order in our stores, at no shipping cost.
Special Conditions for International Shipping within Europe
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be checked in your shopping basket during the checkout process. Delivery is carried out by SEUR. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

What is the deadline to return an item?
The return period is 15 days from receipt of the product.
How should I wrap the product?
Use the original box of the product and make sure it is in good condition. Place the product inside its packaging without damaging it. We recommend using the envelope included in the parcel for extra protection.
How is the shipping done?
- If you find a pre-printed label in the box: Use that label and take the parcel to a Correos office. They will take care of the rest of the process.
- If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
- If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.
Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.

Exchanges in 2x1 or 3x2 promotional products are only allowed if the merchandise is of the same value and available size. If the size is not available, a return will be necessary.
