Natura Bissé's 3D Collagen is an anti-ageing, redensifying and firming protocol, indicated for mature skin. It brings firmness and elasticity to the face and reduces wrinkles and expression lines.
Collagen is the protein that gives the skin its structure, and its production naturally falls with the passing years. This treatment works on that loss from several fronts at once, so that the face regains its support and the contours look more defined, session after session.
As it is a redensifying protocol, its results are cumulative: the aim is not a one-off effect but the progressive rebuilding of the quality and thickness of the tissue. That is why it works especially well planned as a course of treatment rather than a single session.

SHIPPING COSTS Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 24 working hours and you will receive it at the address you provide within a maximum of 48 working hours from the time the order is placed. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be checked in your shopping basket during the checkout process. Delivery is carried out by SEUR. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

How should I wrap the product?
Use the original box of the product and make sure it is in good condition. Place the product inside its packaging without damaging it. We recommend using the envelope included in the parcel for extra protection.

- If you find a pre-printed label in the box: Use that label and take the parcel to a Correos office. They will take care of the rest of the process.
- If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
- If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.
Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.

Exchanges in 2x1 or 3x2 promotional products are only allowed if the merchandise is of the same value and available size. If the size is not available, a return will be necessary.
