Your wedding-day make-up is prepared well in advance: consultation, trial run and a long-wear result that lasts the whole celebration.
What it involves
Every bridal make-up session begins with a detailed consultation, where we look at your preferences, the style of your wedding and the colours that best complement your complexion and your outfit. Our make-up artists keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques to give you a modern, elegant look.
We also know how important staying power is at long events, which is why we use long-wear products that keep you looking radiant throughout the celebration.
For an even more tailored result, we offer make-up trials before the event, so you can see and fine-tune the look calmly, with no rush and no surprises on the day itself.
At that trial we note everything down: the foundation that behaves best on your skin, the intensity of the eye, the lip shade and how your complexion reacts after a few hours.
On the wedding day we start from that trial and work with time to spare. We prep the skin thoroughly, apply the make-up in fine layers — which is what allows it to last without caking or settling into fine lines— and set the result.
Before we say goodbye, we'll show you which touch-ups to take with you for the first dance or the evening photos.
The whole process is designed so you arrive at the day with no uncertainty: you already know how you'll look, and so do we.
How it works

- Layered application, eyes, lips and long-wear setting.

SHIPPING COSTS Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 24 working hours and you will receive it at the address you provide within a maximum of 48 working hours from the time the order is placed. Products whose delivery requires different timeframes will indicate this particularity in their description. More than 80% of our orders are delivered within 24 hours. *Subject to orders placed before 12:00 from Monday to Thursday. Shipping costs are as follows, and you will also see them itemised during the checkout process depending on the delivery address.
Spain (Mainland) and Portugal: Free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping will cost €5.
Balearic Islands: €6.50
Canary Islands: €10
Ceuta and Melilla: €19.00 You also have the option to collect your order in our stores, at no shipping cost.
Special Conditions for International Shipping within Europe
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and can be checked in your shopping basket during the checkout process. Delivery is carried out by SEUR. Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.
How do I make a return?

What is the deadline to return an item?
The return period is 15 days from receipt of the product.
How should I wrap the product?
Use the original box of the product and make sure it is in good condition. Place the product inside its packaging without damaging it. We recommend using the envelope included in the parcel for extra protection.
How is the shipping done?
- If you find a pre-printed label in the box: Use that label and take the parcel to a Correos office. They will take care of the rest of the process.
- If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
- If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.
Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.

Once you have the parcel prepared, the logistics company Correos will contact you to perform the parcel swap.
During this process:
- They will pick up the parcel with the product you wish to return.
- They will deliver the parcel with the new merchandise.
Can partial exchanges be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
Exchanges in 2x1 or 3x2 promotional products are only allowed if the merchandise is of the same value and available size. If the size is not available, a return will be necessary.
