What it involves

This treatment aligns and sets the brow hairs, creating an effect of greater volume and definition.

We work on the structure of the hair itself: first we soften it so it becomes manageable, then we comb it in the direction we want and finally we set it in place.

Hairs that used to grow downwards or in a disorderly way are repositioned upwards, filling the gaps and making the brow look fuller and wider — without adding anything and without make-up.

It’s a comfortable, painless and very visual treatment: you can see the change in the same session. Because the effect works on the hair and not on the skin, it doesn’t disappear when you remove your make-up or wash your face.

We finish by nourishing the hair, which is what stops it feeling coarse, and combing the brow. From then on, your daily routine is simply brushing it with a small brow brush. If you like, it can be combined with tinting or a lash lift in the same appointment.

Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, with many deliveries being completed in a shorter timeframe. In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse using the methods indicated in the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section.

  • If you find a pre-printed label in the box: Use that label and take the parcel to a Correos office. They will take care of the rest of the process.
  • If you can't find the pre-printed label: From the returns section on our website, you can generate and print a new label.
  • If you can't print it either: Contact us and we will send the label by email.

Can partial returns be made of products in 2x1 or 3x2 promotions?
No, in the case of 2x1 or 3x2 promotions, you must return all the products included in the offer.

Exchanges in 2x1 or 3x2 promotional products are only allowed if the merchandise is of the same value and available size. If the size is not available, a return will be necessary.
